We are thrilled to celebrate Kaylie Lopez, a first‑generation college graduate from Brownsville, Texas. Kaylie recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture—Animal/Wildlife Veterinary Technology from Texas A&M University–Kingsville. She joined the Dream Come True Foundation in 2025, bringing with her a deep passion for animal care and a determination to build a meaningful future in veterinary medicine.
Kaylie shares that the support, encouragement, and mentorship she received through the foundation played a meaningful role in her journey. Knowing she had people who believed in her helped her stay focused, confident, and motivated as she worked toward her degree.
Kaylie is now excited to pursue a career in veterinary technology, with plans to work in a mixed‑animal practice. Her purpose is rooted in compassion—she hopes to be a voice for the voiceless and ensure that every patient she cares for receives the highest quality of care.
We are incredibly proud of Kaylie’s accomplishments and cannot wait to see the impact she will make as she begins this next chapter.
