Kingsville native Laressa Rodriguez joined the Dream Come True Foundation – South Texas in the spring of 2026, bringing with her a deep devotion to her local community.
Laressa’s healthcare journey began at Santa Gertrudis Academy High School, where she earned both dual credits and an EKG Technician certification. Upon graduating, she immediately stepped into a role as a Telemetry Technician at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital- Kleberg, where she has served proudly for nearly five years.
Working alongside passionate nursing professionals inspired her to advance in the medical field while motivating others to pursue their educational goals.
Having recently finished her medical assisting coursework, Laressa is now preparing for nursing school to obtain her RN license.
