Aaron is currently a resident of Falfurrias, TX, and a student at Texas A&M University-Kingsville working on his Bachelor’s in Criminology. Currently, he is working at the Brooks County Sheriff’s Department. In 2008, Aaron’s father passed away. He was devastated but determined to care for his mother no matter what. After a few years, Aaron lost his mother, too. His bills were unpaid, and he was struggling mentally and physically. When utilities couldn’t be paid, and he didn’t even have food, he was forced to find a second job. These sacrifices have made him realize how important it is for him to get a college education. He is so happy to be accepted into the Dream Come True Foundation and is ready for a mentor to help him attain his goals.
